Too too much to do . Responsibilities on a daily basis 7 days a week. Pressure from work overload and toxic environment.

Yes - all of these definitely do affect our emotional health and can contribute to that feeling of overwhelm!

Not everything is important, not everything must be done by us, not everything must be done now....many times people never stop to ask themselves why they restlessly want to stack up tasks. Many times being overwhelmed is the end result of a coping mechanism, we are restless and can’t stop because we need to keep going to convince ourselves about something. This is longer than I can type 😀
