Hello dear community and special greetings to 9 DAYS NO FEAR challenge participants.
How are you in this moment?
I want to gently ask whether you have had capacity to do any of the challenges set for the past 6 days of the challenge?
You are going to love that today I am not setting a new challenge, but rather, giving you a brief pause as we reach the home base of the challenge tomorrow.
(In all honesty, this post was supposed to go live yesterday Australian Eastern Daylight Time BUT thanks to timezones it is still Tuesday in other places in the world as this is delivered to your inbox.)
… yes that’s right, no new challenge today but see this post as a check-in. Have you done your homework?
If you haven’t had a chance over the past 6 days to do any of the challenges, that’s okay. There are no detentions or frowns here.
But, it may be a good idea to have a go at some of the challenges (I’d recommend all of them of course 😇).
Here’s a quick recap …
Day 1 〰️ we set our intentions for the 9 DAYS NO FEAR challenge and identified what we were afraid of.
Day 2 〰️ we asked who we are becoming and described in detail the person we would be if we weren’t so afraid.
Day 3 〰️ we asked ourselves if we are making time to just be and sat in silence, giving ourselves time to contemplate our fears more intimately.
Day 4 〰️ we reached into our personal toolboxes and identified 1-3 skills, attitudes or positive habits we can use to help move through our fear so that we can move forward.
Day 5 〰️ we considered the challenging experience of goodbyes but also opened ourselves to the new possibilities goodbyes can bring.
Day 6 〰️ we identified any areas of our lives where we could be settling. Whether it be mentally, in our relationships, career-wise, spiritually, etc…
I pray this challenge is a blessing to you. I know I have found needed accountability and answers upon committing to it myself.
With love,
Adjoa 🧡
DO YOU NEED PRAYER?
I personally commit this challenge to Jehovah God in prayer because I can do nothing without Him. One of my favourite names for God is Jehovah Jireh meaning “The Lord will Provide.” And I believe the Lord will provide for you in your situation.
This is completely optional but if you would like me to add you to my personal prayer list I will pray for you everyday of this challenge. If you would like me to just pray generally for you I can do that. If you want me to pray more specifically for something you are placing your hope in the One Above for, I can do that too. All you have to do is direct message me on instagram to create a safe space and impose no pressure.
Regardless, I hope you will meet me here everyday for the next 9 DAYS. It’s my birthday in 9 DAYS also and so I will be sharing a special gift with each participant of the challenge at the end 🎁. Details of how to receive your gift will be given on DAY 9.
Thank you so much for all your support.
You are treasured.
You are special.
You have a purpose in this world.
Never forget that.
